Recueil de textes - avec pistes de grammaire 1re secondaire

Grade 7 teachers, this collection of texts will become your best ally for lesson planning and classroom work. It includes eighteen texts across nine text genres addressed in reading at this level according to the Progression of Learning.
To maximize the number of texts at your disposal, we chose not to include long reading comprehension activities. This allows you to use the various reading files, in whole or in part, for direct instruction, whole-class discussions, workshop-based active learning, assessment creation, and much more. In short, our decision was guided by the principle of professional autonomy.
This resource is also versatile because it includes ideas for working on grammar. Finally, guide sheets help students discover or review the essential characteristics of each text genre. They also offer questions to guide the identification of grammatical features. The answer key is available in PDF format only.
